4mm – 25mm
Processed through a controlled heating and cooling cycle that alters glass structure, resulting in glass that is mechanically and thermally about 5 times stronger than annealed glass. Shatters into small safe granules if broken.
6.4mm – 19.5mm
Annealed glass laminated together with PVB or EVA film that holds glass fragments safely and securely upon impact. Ideal for shop fronts, balconies, and overhead roof glazing. Available in clear, opal, and bespoke colours.
E30 / EI30 – EI120
Critical fire barrier solutions. Available in Integrity Only (30 or 60 minutes intact) and Integrity & Insulation (limiting temperature rise on non-fire side from 30/30 to 120/120 minutes) across diverse project requirements.
High Strength & Safety
The ultimate dual-protection solution: combines the structural load-bearing capacity of toughened glass with the fail-safe interlayer bonding of laminated glass. Essential for high-load barriers, glass floors, and canopies.

Customers can send us CAD files in DXF format, which we import directly onto our CNC and cutting machines. This eliminates manual conversion errors and speeds up production turnaround significantly.
